saturday 12th September

Events for this weekend have been added to the calendar. This week we are looking at running sessions on the river in the morning and possibly, Pugneys in the afternoon.

Sessions are being run but with limited numbers per session. To assist with social distancing measures, we will be running small sessions of no more than 5 people (in line with guidance from British Canoeing).

Session one: 09:30 – 11:30pm                                                                                                Session two: 10.00 – 12.00pm
Session three: 10:30 – 12:30pm

In the afternoon we may  run 2 sessions at Pugneys – stay tuned for details.

Session four: 1.00 – 3.00pm
Session five: 1.30 – 3.30pm

Changing rooms within the main building are not presently available, so please arrive at the session prepared as best as possible and prepared to change at your car / outside. For current up-to-date information about current amenities at pugneys, see the page below:

Depending on the wishes of the group and the weather, we can either paddle around the lake or stay in the sheltered area.

Costs for borrowing equipment are £6.00 for the riv er sessions and £8.00 per personat pugneys, slight difference in cost due to a charge the club have to pay to Pugneys for each paddler on the lake.
