04 Dec – Update – River Lune Confirmed – Meeting 09:30 at Devils Bridge – Kirkby Lonsdale (Next to the bacon butty stall) – A683, LA6 2BY, England, United Kingdom. For anyone who hasn’t done the trip before there a Public Toilets on the opposite side of the river (Cashless Payment to enter) we meet at Kirkby Lonsdale and then drive up the get out where we change and leave as many vehicles as possible before taking the boats to the get in.  There is a fairly long walk from where we park to the get in however this is preferable to driving to the get in as there have been issues with less well behaved groups upsetting the locals 01 Dec 2025 – update – Andy and Phil are planning on running the river Lune for this weekend trip.   Always a good trip no matter the river level  The UK Rivers Guidebook  https://www.ukriversguidebook.co.uk/rivers/england/north-west/river-lune-beck-foot-to-rawthey-confluence/ We plan to run a White Water river trip this weekend – specific location to be confirmed based on location. Location could be the River Wharf, River Tees or even the River Lune – so make sure to register your interest to this event and provided your mobile phone number to provide SMS  text message updates The trip will be suitable for paddlers who have done some moving and white-water work with us.
