River Trip – River Ure / Slenningford Watermill

This weekend we’ll be running a club trip on moving water/white water on the River Ure.

The trip will be suitable for paddlers who have done some moving and white-water work with us. If you are unsure if it is suitable for you, please contact a club coach  who can provide guidance to you.

Please note: There is a £6 charge per paddler paid to the site on arrival (for parking and maintenance of the river at the campsite). Payment by cash only, as the office is closed on the day we are paddling.

Annual General Meeting

The trustees of West Yorkshire Canoe Club (Charitable Incorportated Orgsnisation) would like to invite all members to an annual general meeting of the charity to discuss the previous year and plans for the future.

This is an important event that will review the performance of and determine the direction of the club, the priorities for the coming year, and selecting the committee members and trustees who will run your club for the next year. We would urge as many members as possible to attend the AGM and have your say.

Event being held at the Navigation Inn, on Broad Cut Lane. A buffet food will be provided. If you have any allergies or dietary requirements, please let us know ASAP and we’ll do our best to cater for you.

We will also provide a teams meeting link to enable participation online.

Please register attendance below.
