Club membership is open to anyone who wishes to join the club, and enjoy canoeing in a relaxed family atmosphere. It is recommended that anyone wishing to apply for membership feels confident in swimming 50metres fully clothed, although this will not stop you joining if you don't. Club members must use approved club gear & approved boats (can be purchased from any specialized stores & bidding sites). Members under the age of 18 must wear helmets at ALL club events. Anyone wishing to apply for membership MUST realize the canoeing is a “Assumed Risk” “Water Contact” sport that may include risks. All members must beware of these risks and accept responsibility for there own actions. Membership prices are as follows:
All memberships will be approved by the club committee which help in organizing the everyday running of the club.
